Happy, Happy, Happy

When I went in to sing happy birthday to my little sweetheart this morning, she stood in her crib dancing, squealing, and giggling. She is the happiest little baby and I simply can't get enough of her!

She absolutely LOVED being sung to. She would smile, dance, and clap her hands to the song. I think I sang to her about 100 times just to watch her reaction! I tried to get it on the camcorder, but as soon as she sees my little camera, her face goes blank and she just sits there.

I made her birthday outfit...it's soooo cute!

I'm singing to her...

She packed this purse around all day long. She's turning into such a girly girl.

We went to Target so she could pick out a toy and then out to lunch with some friends. We didn't really have much of a party for her, but she did get to celebrate with a cupcake. She devoured the entire thing...including the little crumbs left behind.

The End

It's hard to believe that today is the last day before my sweet little angel turns ONE! She is such a cute little stinker. It's been amazing to watch her change from helpless little infant to a rambunctious toddler who loves to dance, play with her siblings, and blow kisses to everyone in sight.

This picture was taken right before she went to bed at 6:45pm. Just after finishing her sippy cup of milk...yes, she is officially weened! What a way to end her first year, huh?

WoooHooo!

All who know me, know that I DO NOT decorate...at all. I don't like it, so I don't do it. Sometimes I wonder if having an unlimited amount of money would change that; somehow I doubt it.

I have been forcing myself out of my comfort zone and trying to make my house a little more like home. I had plans to buy a new couch set and had the okay from Aaron until the final price was presented. He quickly put a stop to my plans...sad. So I decided to start working on Hunter and Harmonie's room. Little does Aaron know that their room is going to cost as much to do as the couch set. hehehe!

Here's my first completed step:

I have the whole room designed my my head and can't wait to get to work on it. Being that Hunter is out of town, I am hoping to declutter his room without protest! I'm also ordering their bunk bed this week that I found at a cute little children's boutique in Day Break called Oopsie Daisy.

Sorry...

I'm sorry that I suddenly took my blog down...there were some "security" concerns with one of my posts. In an effort to resolve the problem, I made my blog private. But...I've missed blogging. I miss posting pictures of my munchkins and reminding myself of little things that happen in our daily lives. Therefore, I've taken down the post that was of concern and will re-post it when appropriate.
